1.   Document the processes followed in reorganizing AUCC (Andrews University Computing Center) into ITS (Information Technology Services)

1.   Document the processes followed in reorganizing AUCC into ITS, and reflect on responses from ITS staff and customers.

2.   Describe tools used and processes followed with ITS managers in developing a mission statement and strategic plan for ITS.

2.   ITS mission statement and strategic plan:

      List the tools and methods used, and resulting mission and vision statements, strategic plan, and annual planning and review cycle.

3.   Act in the role of facilitator/advocate for Computer Science and Information Systems (CSIS) faculty as that department reorganizes and part of the department moves to another school. Lead the university in the development of a proposal that is in the best interests of the faculty, the University, the programs offered and the affected students.

3.   Present log of meetings attended to facilitate the CSIS reorganization, with appraisal of the process and the outcomes. Include letters from faculty and administrators involved with the process.

4.   Read The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People and Principle-Centered Leadership, both by Stephen R. Covey.

4.   Write a reflective journal on reading.
