Please find attached the Development & Evaluation Plan documents for the majority of the salaried employees in ITS. As per our conversation on Wednesday, April 4, I will base the actual increments in salary to award to individuals on the basis of their performance evaluations rather than on achievement of the goals that were set. Please disregard the check boxes marked “Employee has met ¾ of goals” for salary setting purposes. I will supply a detailed worksheet with individual salary recommendations and performance evaluation scores at a later time.
