Email announcing Word Processing Survey

This is the email that was sent to the campus on Tuesday, September 10 inviting participation in the word processing survey.  Although the To: line says it was addressed to pr@andrews.edu, a listserv with voluntary subscriptions, the message was also sent to all faculty and staff via the Bcc: address line.  However, many people don't take the time to read these messages, which meant this email did not achieve the response rate we needed.

ITS - Win $100 shopping spree from ITS

You could win a $100 spending spree at the ITS Computer Store! All you have to do is take 5 to 10 minutes to answer a few simple questions. Just click on this link (https://secure.andrews.edu/itsurvey/default.asp) or paste it into the address line of your browser, and complete the online Word Processing Needs Survey.
This survey will help ITS prepare training that is tailored to the word processing needs of the campus. We are gathering data to guide us in the planning of support for the two Office Suites - Corel & Microsoft.
Note: While it is true that the future of support for Office Suites is being evaluated, there has been no change in the level of support for WordPerfect. Any rumors to the contrary are not true.
Please take a moment to complete this survey, and help us to serve you better. The survey will close on September 20.
